Regarding a 625 smc what are the ways to get the most horsepower out of it
i.E. dual exhaust?
holes in air box?
jet kit?
etc...?????????

first remove the throttle stop cut 5/8 of a inch of meat off that stop this will let the motor get all the throttle. then send about a thou for a good pipe, akaapovic pipe this will give you about 12h.p. mine dyno'd at 51.5 h.p. by ktm vented side air box cover. this bike is a joy to ride and very few people are lucky to have them. iam waiting for my 06 950sm but the wait maybe a long one good luck supermotoman
