I am retiring from motard and built my bike back to woods riding. However I have no clue how to adjust the suspension, I was riding at the local track and a Racetech suspension guy was there and dampened my back down for supermoto, however i lost the sheet with how many turns and this and that. I have a 2002 YZ426F with Racetech springs, I way 170lbs and ride mostly woods, and jump on occasion, nothing silly though. Could one of you Masters of suspension help me get on my way back home to the dirt? I would appreciate immensely, thanks gents!

I would put some stock springs back in and set the clickers to how you like them. I can look up the stock stting if you want but I always just adjust mine to the feel. Getting some MX springs in there should be nice. If you want some let me know, I have an extra set of forks that I could jack them out of, or trade, or whatever.
