God I love this bike! I have a cr500 and an aluminum frame. Think I'm gonna sell but if I had the time and money I'd hope she'd look as good as yours!

Awesome bike! Really like your kickstand. Is it home made? Im making a simple bolt on kick stand for my project too. I like the white more too. the red wheels are hot and that looks like just the right amount of red for the bike.

lets do it... has 15 38 gearing and still cant keep the front down..

its a hand ful and makes me enjoy the simple life moto style of my drz

awesome! that was what i wanted to build before i got my 450x. wish i could afford to build one still.

did you do the fabricating work to put the 500 engine in the aluminum frame?

yeah the bike used to be a fun dirt toy... the frame is a 450 frame, and as far as the fabbing goes... it was just a down tube stretch and then a few fab mounts for the coil.. was pretty easy.. would do it all over again... looking at building a new engine.. adjusting port timing milling the head, bridging the ports.. the whole 9 yards... hopefully get it up to 80 plus horses.. and only weighing in at 212 pounds!!!
