IMHO without knowing what, or for that matter if ANY, updates have been done makes that bike a real crapshoot. You're looking at a pretty good buck to get it reliable and trustworthy if you have to spend the loot to get the ESSENTIAL updates done.

From my casual visits to www.cannondaler.com it looks like bikes that have had all the updates done are selling for about the same and sometimes less than the one you're looking at.

Also, seeing that it's an early model Cannondale ('02)they were the worst of the worst as far as having issues.
