I'm new to SUMO, so to start with, I picked up a nice KTM 625 SXC to convert to SUMO. I also have a nice set of 690 wheel that I can use. An advice on how to convert the 690 wheels to fit? I know axle sizes and spacing can be an issue. I'm sure its been done but i can find any posts.

I have an '08 690, and an '06 525 EXC. The 525 gets converted back and forth from SM to offroad. The 690 has a wider rear hub than the 525, so I don't think it will fit in your 625. Also, the front fork spacing is wider on my 690 SMC. When I tried the front wheel SM setup of the 525, I had to build a couple of spacers on each side, so it fit. That sure is a nice 625 you have.
