I did not strip that nut, I striped one of the hydrolic clutch cover bolts... I mean the big ass nut. It just makes the clutch not disengage at over spec.......I think.

How are tightening? with impact gun or by hand? Too tight should not affect the clutch dis-engagement. You are talking about the main nut in the center of clutch right? I put my slipper in at home and had zero problems. Something else is going on. concerning a stripped out bolt on the cylinder side, try a longer bolt and tighten that one last so you put less pressure on it . It is easy to strip the smaller bolts after repeated use.

Impact gun. I know that it should not affect it, but it does in other threads of KTM clutch talks. A longer bolt will work, but I might as well fix it right as it is a race bike.]
Thanks for the info.

Found out

Do not hit that main bolt with a impact. It will make the clutch not disengage and then try to find the split washers and parts you distroyed. Do slow and to torque specs.
