I broke a valve spring at 260 hours. I installed dual valve springs a timing chain and new cam follower bearings. (they roll on the cam lobes, for rocker arms).
It's now at 320 hours 10,400 miles. Motorex every 10 hours untill 200 hours. Rotella T ever since. Every 5-8 hours and filter every third oil change. Valve inspection/ adjust every 40 hours. Can't tell if it's lost any power but want to rebuild it soon.
I'm not racing it, but I definitely ride it like I stole it.
