Boundary Bay is a must for Northwest Guys and Gals. I missed Sundays ride but just got back from Mondays and it was a blast. Motards rule the track, only one straight to let the sportbikes back buy; otherwise lots of switch backs with a few oppurtunites to back her in. Great Fun!! About 10 Motards showed on Monday and we mixed in with the fast rider group. Rained a little bit but with minimal impact on traction. No dirt available but one urban cross type jump with more to come next year. Keep your eye on www.bcsportbikes.com for the next Boundary Bay track day, maybe December I was told (but probably next year). Do not miss the next one!

yeah definatly was a great time. I made it out for both sunday and monday so got to meet all the people up from seattle. Nothing quite like sliding around the outside of a sportbike with half the horsepower and twice the fun. I remember thinking to myself at one point that it must have looked really cool from the pits, as me, gaston, and markb would come around that last corner all sliding the rear and about a foot from each other. looking forward to the next one

Sorry Mark.. I didn't put 2 and 2 together.

Looking good out there.

MarkB has reached arch-nemisis level already and we've only raced together once ;)
Between you rogerb, plammer and motarded I better hurry up and start getting faster in short order!

In the mean time, I just updated my schedule of events today.

http://www.ronwest99.com/raceschedule.htm

I still have the events at the monroe fairgrounds, possible supermoto rain races at pats, tenative port angeles days to add to it.

the guy on the 555 wr is Bill (5thgear) who puts the Boundary Bay Airport practice days on. it's funny how a parking lot fll of cones can be so much more entertaining than it looks, esp. when the ramp's out! big thanks to Gaston for the last minute repairs to get it going...

was great to meet you guys and glad you made the trip up. gonna have to come down and check out Cambie (sp?) OR and hopefully have an overnighter so we can relax and have some sodas together instead of mostly helmet time.

airport will be on weekly next year! but bill will definitely post up any extra days we might get this fall/winter, bring yer woolies and toques!

She does rail , I was trying hard to catch her on my 250 . She was even dialing in Gaston on his 400 but didn't pass him because he would just crash trying to pass her back.

yes, yes you were. it seemed your strategy for catching up was to straightline it from one end of the track to the other. :infrandom :twofinger

edit: hahaha, now we now why you build it out of cones!

i was not dialing in Gaston one single bit.
