I've found the wiring to be pretty straight forward. As I recall the fronts are 3-wires each with one side having blue, brown, and black; and blue, green, and black on the other. With the brown/green being the positive (flasher), black being neutral, and blue being the marker (not used with an LED). I can't remember the rear wiring, I think I just noted what quit working every time I clipped a wire (just don't start with black).
As far as resistors, you'll need them to correct for the load the LEDs don't put on the relay. If you skip the relays your flashers will flash too fast to be noticeable.

Yea phonebem2 is correct. You dont use the blue wire as its the running light. As for the resister, its your choice. I didnt use one on my previous set up, and they dont flash crazy fast. I think they flash at an ok rate. Your preference.
