Ran across some old photos. The first are from the Hub
City GP in Centralia, WA. Proof that some cities are really cool. And yes, we were that close to the houses.
The others are to dispel the "dirt at MAC myth." We actually did have dirt there. Dan's bike flies pretty well.

Thanks Evol. The Hub City GP was a SM race as an exhibition during a kart event around the college campus in Centralia. We did it for three years, 2006 - 2008. Most fun event ever. Dangerous though as evidenced by the lamp posts, street signs and houses. The people who live there were an awesome crowd and very accommodating. Our pre-grid one year was a dudes side yard to his house. The kids looked out their window and saw a dozen bikes parked out on their grass. Another house brought out their sofa and put it on the front lawn. Talk about a front row seat!

The KTM is still running strong. I had it for five years, sold it, then it was sold again and bought by a dude (Dan) who rides with Oregon Superbikers. Unfortunately, it has not seen dirt or a jump in quite some time due to no more SM true tracks. We only have asphalt only available now but I wanted to prove to Dan the old KTM can fly and kick ass in the dirt.

Thanks for sharing Rex.

Here is a collage with our radio spot playing. The real deal dirt section at MAC. The last picture is the start of the street race in Centralia. Yes we were that big!

Awesome thing to share!

We won't have anything quite like that this year, but we will definitely be getting a dirt section made again at MAC. The Cascadia opener isn't far away now!

You will get there. MAC Attack was the culmination of years of work by Ron and Kurt building Supermoto USA. I just piggy backed off of all their efforts to put on this one event. We had 60 riders and 113 entries. Once you build up the series you will have money and more importantly clout with the tracks.

You, Debi and Dave are to be commended for your efforts in bringing back a Supermoto series to the Northwest. Just keep plugging away and don't get too distracted by minor things at this point it's all about getting people involved. If they come you will build it.
