I have actually been into motards a long time, probably started when my buddy did a wr400 conversion in 1999. He was from the UK and was way into them. I had a deposit on 04 KTM 625SMC but ended up not waiting and made a rash decision one day and bought my sv1000s. Love this bike but I kick myself for that one every day.

Oh and actually I was riding with sunrisesvrider last weekend. I will say that guy for being almost 60 is no bullshit one of the hardest people to keep up with at palomar I have ever followed. He hauls ass for sure. The road was somewhat damp and dirty last weekend and as dirt was flying off of his tires into my face he is dragging knee everywhere ahha...dude is nuts.
