Well, I finally got me a motard.:
http://www.supermotojunkie.com/showthread.php?116719-Well-it-s-about-goddamn-time!!!
but when I finally got it home, I went to put down the stock kickstand, and found that instead of swinging out from the bike and stopping at say around 9 o'clock, it went right past, and will keep going until its almost completely swung in the opposite direction against the bike backwards (that make sense???)
I took a quick look with my flashlight in the dark, and it seems like its just loose hardware (there's an awful lot of shit holding on the damn kickstand) and I hope thats the case.
Just wondering if anyone has had a problem like this with that stuff coming loose, or if I've got an unusual problem here.
Thanks all.
Matt

It appears as if #22 and #86, and possibly #24 are loose, hope they arent bent or stripped. Looked like everything else was there, Guess I'll find out in the daylight.

I have that problem too. The long stud on part 26 on mine bent. Causing the short stud (the piece that makes the kickstand stop where it's supposed to) miss the frame. So the kickstand just swings all the way around. I've been able to re-tighten the parts a few times and have the kickstand function properly but any more weight than just the bike on the kickstand causes it to swing around again. The frame mount on mine also get tweaked a bit when the kickstand swings around, so I have to straighten that too.

Hope that makes sense to you.
