Voici l'annonce:

Same thing in english:
Hi! I have an street legal RMZ. It does not have a stator or working lights currently, but it does have the street legal title. so you just need to buy those before you get the bike inspected. Im sure you could re register it in quebec since it is already titled as a street bike! I hope you understand this, I used google translator!
I cant speak french, But Im using google translator! Maybe we can work something out for you to buy my bike! Here is the ad:

Thank J.R. for u're offert, but i made some researchs and found that here in Quebec we got insane guys who runs goverment societies and those guys like to make stupid laws. I think I cant immatriculate a bike like u're anymore, cause they tell that the compagnies does those vehicules for off-roading, so even with inspection they do not tolerate street legal ORV anymore. But my question was this: If a made one of does bike and passe an inspection for an '' artisanal'' bike like we say here, does this way can make my bike legal on street?

By the way, sick bike u got there!! wish i'm in the other side of the border!!sorry for the english, not perfect, but not translate!!

Oh,, like s show bike? I think I have heard of people doing that here in the states in places that are hard to register. But I still think if you buy a bike that is already registered for the street. You should be ok. Maybe you can ask your local DMV, or what you call the licensing place

Let me know what they say. So did my other posts make sense in translated french? :D
