Hey Guys, I'm thinking of doing a couple some mods to the rear of my SF.
Just wanted to know what you guys think. This is what needs to be done:

-Shorten Tail
-Undertail Muffler
Yoshimura RS-5
(Will need custom exhaust work)
Relocate Battery and/or coolant tank
-Custom Rear side Fenders
-New Rear tire Fender
-Custom Skit Plate
-Paint Black Engine and Arm

I would be worried about crunchin up that exhaust there under the tail.

But I do dig the black swingarm. It should have come that way

I as well thought about an undertail exhaust, but I don't think there's room for a common muffler to fit with a properly adjusted suspension. If you go for it, at least get a metal canister because carbon fractures and it will shred your tire if it bottoms out. That could be catastrophic. With a metal canister, the tire should just dent it and may actually be fit to form and usable long term. Or just have a custom muffler canister welded up with the bottom concave to fit the tire at full suspension compression.

I alway thought welding up 2 minibike mufflers on the sides like the Yamaha WR250X might be cool. You'd have to relocate the coolant overflow (baby bottle in front of the radiator) and battery (speedcell in the airbox) to fit the other muffler though.
