The ktm wheel spacers ride inside the bearings so swapping spacers is usually the trick. However i dont know what hub style the behr is using. My tusk impact rims for example came with spacers for newer and older bikes which was nice. Do your oem wheel spacers fit?

 

Nah no chance with the original spacers - the Behr front hub has a bearing with a 20mm bore, whereas the 2018 EXC front axle is 22mm, before the spacers on top of that.

What I did in the end was pull out the original bearings and swap them for 22mm versions, then machine up three custom spacers - one to go in between the bearings and one on each side of the hub to position the wheel correctly for the brake on the OEM front axle and it all works a treat.

Hi I also just got a set of the same rims to put on my WR450F my front is 20mm my rear seems to be 17mm axle so I am looking for a bearing spacer kit
