Alright guys, interesting story cut short... I'm doing a street legal 08' RMZ build and just received my calipers in from japan.webike. $650 or so for what i thought was one, turns out it's a pair of 40mm's.

Question time... I found a brembo relocation bracket (SKU 70.2007 - can find here, http://www.yoyodyneti.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=70.2007) now it lists years as 2000-03, anyone know if this would still fit an 08's setup? OR anyone know another/better bracket?

Second question, a bit far out there, anyone ever modified or found a comparable right side kit that if I were to get a second disc I could mount the right caliper with? Only way I could see this working would be a custom CNC build mirror to the left side, but are there bikes that I could just pull the right size mount and slap it on mine?

Glad to know another person is taking on the challenge of buildint a street legal RMZ450. I too am building a RMZ450 05' and its been hard finding parts for conversion, having to use alot of universal shit whick makes for some challenging fit. There is literally 1 stator that we can use and only offers 50w of output power which is weak compared! Cant wait to see pics of the build. There is a thread on here that have dual brake setups but man they look costly!

here ya go bud, i haven't posted it around yet because i want the finished album to really get the point across... https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10202579994881444&type=1&l=55f41b17c3

Dual brakes would be cool and id put both to use, might have to investigate the costs of this.

I might try giving a dealer with those brembo brackets I mentioned a call, see if he can get me exact measurements.

What are you running for brakes on your's?
