Picked up some hand guards...Acerabis (never could speel...see what I mean.) knock-offs...they look great, but dam if the bars don't have a big enough hole to fit even the smallest expansion bolt. I noticed someone here had handguards on their 450, and I have to ask "what did you use to make them work?". Did you drill out the end of the bars or fabricate a smaller expansion piece to fit in the bar's end (that sounds painful)? Love to know your trick. Thanks in advance. :thumbup:

I drilled out the handlebar. I've since replaced the stock bar with a pro-taper Henry bend with Ferracci 1.125 bar clamps. Lots nicer!
