540 Bolt on kit installed when bike was bought as a new leftover in '04. I just rebuilt the top end again after 30 hours with:
New Piston Rings
Hot Cam
New generation cam chain guides
ported head with valve job
lightweight flywheel
JD jetkit
Cam Chain
new generation roller bearings all around
cam chain sprockets

Bike also has Cycra Solution Mount hand guards
foot peg sliders
Michelin Pilot SM medium compound tires
Michelin Rain Tires used once

KTM FACTORY HARD PARTS:
SM WHEELS CUSH DRIVE
SM FRONT FENDER
SM REAR FENDER
HARD PARTS BERINGER FRONT CALIPER AND ROTOR - R6 FRONT MASTER CYLINDER FOR MASSIVE BRAKING

I had the front fork springs cut and used heavier oil and they work better than any other SM I've ever ridden, much less sloppy than the factory SMR

A bushing added in the rear shock to lessen the travel and stiffen it up

this bike is glued to the track

Electric start
Modded airbox with K&N

you'll also get;
the stock front and rear fender w/ lights
2 front sprokets
3 rear sprockets
6 oil filters

I was able to take 1st and 2nd in some OK SM races and the rest of the time has been road raced and track days in TX. The maintenance has been meticulous. I have exactly 3.7 hours (hour meter) since the rebuild and 2 hours have been a very slow paced break in around my neighborhood with 5 heat cycles. then 1 track day at Eagles Canyon and I can't belive how strong it's running. It starts real quick - nothing here that isn't dialed in already. I weight 165 - 175 for those of you wondering how much suspension work is need for YOU.

price is $4500 in Fort Worth, TX
