    Default DRZ Front Rubber

Need a new front tire for very aggressive street riding. I have a rear scorpion sync and it sticks well but wasn't sure if the fronts were as good with all the deep tread. What do you guys use/recommend?

I have heard great things about the Continental Supermotard tires. I currently have 2ct's on my bike right now. As soon as these are worn out I am switching to the Contiforce SM's

Continental Contiforce SM Supermoto Tire, Single compound. This tire was specifically designed for a motard. All the other rubber is designed for sport bikes. Why run a tire designed for 180 mph when your bike can barley break 100. The extra weight and structure are not needed. The Conti's use a very soft compound for excellent grip. This soft compound actually lasts longer than you might think because the motard is so light. Check this site out.http://www.motostrano.com/cocosmsurati.html

First what type of riding do you do 100% street or street dirt mix ? if your less than 2% dirt i would recommend the pilot power or pilot power 2 ct i've run both and they work great even up to race levels like someone else said it is designed for a sportbike but it works great on supermoto's too i have a drz 400 that i've used them on and i can easily drag pegs and i have used them on my YZ 450 race bike too. they grip like glue and get good mileage about 5000 for a front and 4500 to a rear but they stick good till all the rubber is gone !!! no fade on street. On track they get a little less as you would expect but still much better than a race tire and they get about as much grip because the bike is so light. Plus no need for tire warmers I have run them with warmers and they stick right off no warm up needed but they warm up quickly anyway. The 2ct is the same compound in the middle for longer life but the edges are extra sticky for those who want more grip. they work great in the street and mountains but i found they loose their edge grip if pushes too hard the will grease. The regular powers however might slide a little but will take much more abuse and heat. So if any track riding is on the agenda i would go with the power and if you want max grip but dont use the edges all the time try the power 2 ct . Good luck PS. they suck in the dirt LOL but will work in a pinch i use them on gravel roads and their OK ish LOL
