will open air box, mod new side panels to suit and rejet just for a little more zing

would a 45t rear sproket be ok for general road riding and mabey a couple of laps of phillip island race track which is not far
the reson i ask is i need a 520 sproket for the gsxr rims to fit my stock chain and can only find a 45t theres a 50 on my dirt rims

wheels to be painted i will run the stock 290 rotor that came with wheels and keep the other disc for a spare

front will be easy with some spacers axel is the same size the reson i chose them
rear will require some machining of the crush drive and a diffrent rotor

there was a small amount of what we call in australia bush mechanics, so will tidy some welds on the frame and fix the small things but you get that with old stuff and making junk new then better is how i roll. Years of playing wih comp offroad trucks has tought me to do it right the first time

I admire your patience, I know how long that frame strip would have taken, did one myself years ago, never again. Just got my WR250F frame back from being blasted and powder coated, cost £90 but at least I haven't destroyed the lawn by jet washing the paint stripper off this time!
God I'm so lazy since turning 40.

thanks man it was about 5 hours not rushed drinking beers and yes my lawn got hammered I guess if the previous owner hadent painted the frame once before and yes he just sprayed over the top it would of been easier it was 3 layers to bare his, stock and primer
I did hower has my brother on he job too. I should note this is my first bike build but cars, bikes, boats its all relevent

cant wait to do the wheels the same colour as he frame think it will look old school but a bit retro, i think they ran orange wheels on the 90s repsol cbr's.
Should i do a black lip or all orange?
