The wheels will bolt up fine. The front brake rotor is different between the two models though. Use your stock rotor or, better option, get a 320mm EBC kit which includes the rotor and bracet to relocate your stock caliper. If you get a new rotor kit, make sure you buy new brake pads too. The rear brake rotors are also different sizes between the two modes, just use your stock E model rotor there.
Also, the SM will have a speedo drive on the right side of the front wheel. You can use the speedo drive as a spacer if you got it with the wheels, or Zeta makes a speedo drive cancel/axle spacer for that model. You can get it from Wheeling Cycle Supply.
