Yah, I have an RMZ450, put down 51 last year. Have a 690SMC street bike too, I dont think racing will be in the budget right away, but hopefully hit at least a couple track days.

motards struggle with that track a little because as others have said the long straights, a good track to look at for the sumos is PBIR (old moroso) with only one really long straight and more technical turns, let us know how u do. i got a couple of friends that race white plate sport bikes for ccs

Did you get the carb bored to 43mm? I'm thinking of taking the e-start off mine. I'm hoping once it's jetted correctly, she'll start quickly. I'm building mine for road racing currently, as well. My first race won't be until may though. STUPID CANADIAN WEATHER!

I love running Homestead on supermoto bikes! I always did beter there than Jennings. I always did well at Moroso due to the bus stop chicanes that were there at the time, too. Glad to hear there are still a few of you guys representing supermotos out there!

Default FYI - AHRMA has a Motard only class

Just an FYI, in case anybody didnt' know that AHRMA has a dedicated Motard road race class as part of it's "Sound of Singles" National series. I had to work pretty hard to get the class removed from probation last year and now need as many guys as possible to show up when AHRMA comes to your part of the country, There is Bridgestone Tire contingency and year end bonus from Vanson leathers

    http://www.ahrma.org/Road_Racing_Modern.htm

    Thanks!

You guys should show up for next "real" supermoto race (305motard.com) at Miami GP Raceway on May 9th. We can find 10 supermotos easily for next CCS race.
