You folks are nuts. Im glad I don't get caught up in such Hooliganism.

The videos are acceptable quality at this point, which is a major accomplishment from my vantage point of struggling with every facet of processing the MP4 files, but the camera bike needs 20 more wheel HP and stickier tires. That would allow squirting between corners and more ability to keep the fast riders in focus for more than a few seconds. I found myself wishing that I still had my Busa as I sure could have used some more power.

It takes crazy riders like Brakelate to match the pace that Lisa sets. No sense in riding when the group has to stop and wait for you all the time. I am trying to hook up with some Harley riders for a good sporting cruise at a pace I might be able to handle.

    Crazy looking picture!

Told you I was grinding both my pegs down trying to catch you nut jobs!

It was sort of strange, as I was having to keep my knees tucked all in as I was in my "soft" one piece cold weather suit instead of leathers. Didn't want to wear holes in it.

Taking a better look at that pic, you can really see the clockwise bend in my rear subframe. I was hoping it was just the exhaust can pushed in from landing on my foot on that high side at Adam's, but I think it's the whole thing. It really is offset from the angle of the rear tire.

Then, I look like I am just smothering that poor little bike. Bad enough without it, but in that blimp suit I look like a monkey humping a football!

    Dang.

    Red face Im Out...

Oh, and by the way, I finally had my partially ruptured Achillies Tendon and related bone shaving done today so I will be down for a while.

Have fun in my absence. But I'll be back! Perhaps next time with something that has more than 30 Hp!

Hi Jay.I like your sticker job on your your new riding boot. I'll shoot you a call later. Yeah you were fast Sunday. sorry to hear about the sub-frame on your bike. Can it be straitened? What's this about a possible faster bike in 4 months? Animal motardman you are.

Thanks Lisa. Keep "The Mikes" in check and ride safe. I'll be riding along with everyone via the internet, so keep posting those ride reports, pics and vids!

DRMike shoot me a call - you can come by and poke me in the eye with a stick if I nod off on you.

I keep searching for that magic bike combo of power to weight, long distance legs and fuel capacity for longer rides, yet light and flickable enough for the occasional track day.

Right now I have two that rest at either end of the spectrum. I think it would be nice to have one that fits right in the middle. I keep coming back to that leftover KTM690SMC sitting there collecting dust at the local shop where we bought our DRZ's.

Just my brain bouncing things around...

All I have to say to that is Aprilia Dorsoduro!!!! Don't get me wrong, I am not pushing Aprilia's. That bike is just that great. I took one out on the track. It's the next best thing to a supermoto. I loved it. I would sell my street bike for that no problem. I thought it was the best of both worlds.

Interesting. Thanks for the link. The "extreme" video was very "European". Looked like a chubby Danica Patrick waiting for the guy shredding the dock.

I think you are just biased to everything Italian.

HAHAHAHAHA I went to Femmoto 4 years in a row. We get to ride all the bikes that are out on the market pretty much. Out of all the ones that I have tested out on the track, that one was great. Perfect combo. I must say that Aprilia has it going on, as of late, with their bikes. RS125, sxv, rsv4,and so on.
