Default Stripped threaded insert in 690SMC tank?

Well I'm finally home from deployment and playing with my 690SMC. Went to put on the black rear fender last night and one of the bolts is stuck- the treaded insert is just spinning- I can't see anyway to get at it. Aside from cutting the fender off the bolt- anyone have ideas?

Are you spinning it by hand or using a power tool? Use an electric impact or pneumatic in order to spin the bolt rather than just turning it and obviously pull up if you can.

By hand. I'll try the impact today- need a 3/8 to 1/4" adaptor so I can use my 1/2" to 3/8" and drop down to a 1/4" drive. Poor little torq bolt doesn't know what it's in for- 750ft/lbs of ingersoll rand...hahaha. Seriously, I hope it spins loose.

Be careful with the higher impact hammering guns as you want something with more RPM to spin it. You get the idea
