Looks sick!!! I wonder how much it weighs compared to a single can and how much power it makes over an Arrow slip on. I think its about $1,600 for it though. Not cheap, but not crazy expensive either. The 450RR that is at GP Cycles in SD has it on. It is the one Adrien Chareyre used in the X Games.

Devil exhaust also male a set of pipes for the dual exhaust huskys

    http://www.devil-exhaust.com/HUSQVAR...ermoto.exhaust

pretty expensive but Devil pipes are quality

The CH Husky racing team are all using the Leo system so I'm sure they cannot be too bad either and they're cheaper !

The Devils definetly look sweet, but I think they are about $2,500 for a set.

were there any instructions in terms of re jetting once you fitted the slip on ??

strange that you were down on power after fitting a good named pipe, doesn't sound right

i went two main jet sizes leaner and gain back .8 hp. that was the best we could get it, and that was compared to a stock muffler that probably needed to be repacked. it did improve my over rev, though.

dont buy an exhaust that says its FIM legal without the use of an insert.

but the reason i think that in europe they use twin muffler systems is that is the only way to make them 96db legal and still flow/ make power.

Check the Husky Special Parts catalog. It has the part #s and with that you can get prices from your dealer.

Has anyone actually paid for the dual slipons? It seems like gutting the stock cans is the only cost effective option. The pipe that the cat is in is very heavy and it would require a lot of work to remove the entire pipe. I'm thinking about converting to a single system to save weight/money. Anyone else with a '09 or '10 done anything to their exhaust?

i guted the stock exhaust and replaced it with a straight piece of 2 in pipe, was way to load so i inserted the metal mesh(from the qutted stuff) inside the straight pipe! played around with how much to put in, to get the right sound! i ended with 2 inches of it inserted sounds great! there is a huge weight savings but i never weighed it to find out how much! i couple the exhaust with the PCV/auto tune kit and bam perfection!
