OVRP practice MUCH better than past

I've been going to OVRP since '02 . I don't really know all the details , but I've been told that there was a change of management/ownership recently . I just wanted to say that the folks that we dealt with today were much more pleasant and accommodating than any of the previous management regimes that have been there in the past. It was a very enjoyable day .
