Hey everyone, I am looking to meet up with some people on Sunday to go for a ride in or around Pittsburgh!

I dont know anyone that rides sumo around here, so looking to meet some new people, and Sunday is supposed to be nice out too!

So if your interested, post up here with any time suggestions and we will try to iron something out saturday afternoon for sunday.

I hear you. I grew up in Penn Hills. Moved to the DC area 10 years ago. There are a few from Pgh. on here though. Are there still 1/4 mile sportbike runs in the Crofton industrial park behind Mt Washington? How about Schenley Park? people still doing late night runs through the golf course track?

beats me, I just moved into the city a few months ago, so I usually just wonder around when Im riding and see if I can find anything cool.

But, as well all know, these kind of bikes are funner with friends who have them to, so hopefully someone will want to go ride!

Go up to Mt Washington and ask around if anyone is gonna hit Schenley park......Trust me, it's an awesome road race circiut that is somewhat......how do you say........wrong...illegal, anyways, awesome twists and turns through the golf course. I used to run it with my sportbike with buddies on the weekends

I've got at least 3 of us going to Beaverun raceway for an open practice session Sunday the 1st from 12:00 tp 4:30pm. $25 gets you in to the Wilson circuit kart track. Hope to see you there. Check out www.beaverun.com for details. Go under the "karting" section. It's just off of the last PA turnpike exit before Ohio. 1/2 hour from Pgh at most.

Hey eric, that sounds like it would be really fun, what kind of gear do i need though, I only have a textile jacket and gloves. I looked at the website and couldnt find any info.
