To make my CRF track ready? I mean make it legal and/or pass tech?

Not knowing your area's exact requirements, but here's the nutshell:

1) If it can leak a fluid, safety wire it. (especially the oil filler and oil filter bolts)
2) Replace the anti-freeze with water and water wetter or engine ice.
3) peg sliders (to make nice with the track owner)
4) axle sliders (ditto)
5) bar end sliders (ditto)
6) route any overflow lines to some sort of catch cans
