Idont think it will work. Lining up the holes to the subfram as they have diiferent subframs.

I have a E muzzy on my S model (same as SM). If you take off the passenger peg the lower hole lines up with the threaded hole on the exhaust. But you'll have two threaded holes in a row and that's no good so take a drill and drill the lower hole on the frame a bit bigger to get rid of the threads on it so you can use the threaded hole on the exhaust. The same bolts that held the peg on will work on the pipe (at least on the muzzy) and you can even still use the peg if you want.

so there is no issue on the exhaust mount on the canister? what im getting is the only prob would be the support on the piping itself? jackpot?

    thanks!

It will fit. Those of us running Yosh Ti exhausts are running E versions on our SMs.

You will have to mount the screw in th ebck through the footpeg mount as posted above.
