KTM SMR450, Loud clutch and shifting issuses?

Well I just picked up a 2007 SMR 450 with 7.2 hours on it. I was Drifting around in the field and I ran out of gas in 3rd.
I rock the bike a bit but i cant get it into neutral.
I get gas, Pull in the clutch kick once and its running. let the clutch go a little pull it in and it seems ok.
I ride around a little more but shifting was hard it felt.
When the bike is in Neutral with the clutch out its kinda loud
the noise goes away when clutch is pulled in.

-I do have fluid in my reservoir, Maybe just needs a bleeding?

I'm a bit intimated by this bike, any input would be great

my clutch is pretty loud too man.. idk what it is.
