Thumbs up OREGON = EPIC place to live!

I just wanted to post how thankful I am to live here. Oregon is better than I ever expected it to be. The people here are very friendly, and english is the primary language. The scenic beauty of the lush colors of vegitation and the vast amount of lakes, rivers, streams and ocean front are out of this world. This place offers so many fantastic outdoor activities to take advantage of year round. Housing is afforable, hardly any traffic if you could call it that, low crime rate, no gangbangers that I can see, the land is not littered with private no tresspassing sighns, there is more civilians than cops, taxes are low with no sales tax, celebritys dont control the politics, firearm possesion is legal, it can rain without sig alerts and freeway closures, drivers know what side of the road to drive on, people walk or ride bikes for a 2 block errand instead of only driving, every female is not wearing $200 jeans and a $800 Coach purse, oh my god Im going to stop here because I could go on for hours. And yes your right I moved from california. But I have lived many places besides CA, Bangor Maine, Tucson AZ, PHX AZ, ST Petersburg FL, Glenwood Springs CO, to name a few so Im just expressing how great oregon is in my opinion.
Long before I moved I posted some questions about here and some of you answered my prayers, (you know who you are if you search my posts) Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My wife and kids are as stoked as me. And dont worry Ill keep the Myth alive that it is always overcast and raining. Mums the word!

The Pacific NW is something special especially if you like the outdoors. Oregon has its moments and the Governor sucks but there are a whole many other places I would rather not be.

    Shhhhhhhh!!!
    Don't let the secret out.

We've got enough of you Californians raising the cost of living here already

I can't think of too many other places I'd want to live.
If it was warm all year long, I'd never want to leave...

You nailed it. now shut the F up. There's already some other Californians that have read your post. Oregon is all that. All the reasons I can't stand CA are listed in this post. Don't let this excitement and elation go any further than the supermoto community. I mean it!!! (I hope you can sense my tongue in cheek).

I love the part about celebrities ruling the politics.... WTF CA voters?; are you that dumb? I was listening to NPR on the way to work today and Bono was having this stupid conversation with Clinton about how politics is a lot like being a rock star and I wanted to dope slap that douche bag through the radio. Stick to playing bad music.
    Sorry, [/rant]

Good to have you here bro, glad you like the scenery; can't wait to meet you on the track. Wait until you see our two tracks in Canby and McMinnville.
