Default New WRX Owner and SMJ Poster

    Hello All,
First want to thank everyone for all the great info here on this board. In my search to find the bike I wanted, I was able to read up on so many different takes on each bike and the aftermarket for each one.

In the end, I went with the Yamaha WR250X which was the one I really had my heart set on from the get go. Most people here are happy with theirs so it made the choice easier.

I wound up finding the perfect WRX online for sale by Forrest over at Wheeling Cycle Supply. It is basically a WRX with every part Forrest sells for it. Could not be happier, and Forrest was awesome to work with. The only down side...it is still cold and salty roads here in NY. So I have not ridden it yet. Soon though....soon.

    Thanks everyone!

I was finally able to take it out for a ride for the first time the other night. It got up to 60 here in NY, but today is back down to 40's which sucks. The bike is so much fun. Can not wait to get it in some twisties to see how it handles, but the one off-ramp I took it on was pretty damn fun!

That is the Barrel 4 full system. You can get it from Wheeling. I have not had a chance to take any more pics of the bike. But here is a pic from Wheelings site of the pipe.

that's a crazy color scheme! i've always been set on the stealth black color scheme but you've really nailed it with that combination.

so what parts exactly from wheelingcyclesupply are fitted on the bike?

Congrats! Awesome bike and color! All I have ever seen is the blue.

Take it easy breaking it in, and scrubbing those tires on the cold roads.
