Sounds like a good ride. I haven't been on any of those roads in years. I'd love to get a group of AZ Junkies together to run hwy 191 when it warms up a little more.

You guys should also try to make it down to the track in T-Town. Ride as hard as you want all day with no cops, cars or gravel. A hundy to get the year membership(call and ask, they may let you try it out the first time with no membership fee), then $35 a day to ride. Well worth the cost, and way cheaper than a speeding ticket!(also cheaper than most sportbike track days)

How warm do you need it to get? It's already been up to 84 degrees? Never been on 191, we'd love to take you up on your offer to lead us. When would you like to do that?

I have been trying to get down to MHC but I'm always out of town or the timing is wrong. Made a special trip down there just after Christmas and no one was there. The guy told me I could get out on my own if I wanted. Nasty day, cold with ice and water on the track and I passed after I walked it. Track looked tasty though. We stayed the night and I put the dirt wheels back on to go desert riding with Tucson friends. I know both guys that went on this ride would enjoy it. I'll get there sooner or later, my next open opportunity is not until April 11th and 12th. Is Craig still involved? Thought I saw his truck as we were pulling into the track.

Well, it's definitely warm enough down in the low country, but a couple of my buddies did the ride last week, and they froze their asses off up by Alpine. Still a bunch of snow on the ground and lots of gravel on the road. Give it a few weeks to warm up and for the cars to push more of the gravel off the road and it'll be fun. Coming from PHX on a Tard I'd make it a two day ride. Plus if you're gonna be going thru Safford anyways, hitting up Mt. Grahm is a no brainer. Still a bit of snow up there as well.

Did that Seven springs road in January, wife had to attend a function up by Cave Creek so I killed a few hours. Only problem was I was in a crewcab longbed duramax truck. 21 ft. wheelbase does not contribute a lot to handling. If I ever get a SM I will have to link up with you guy's, it looks like you had a lot of fun.

Hey Motomike, I am suprised you couldn't get DucatiBrandon to go. He has a KX450x that he has motarded and he always say's he can't find any one to ride with. Let him know next time you guy's go.
