we NEVER get snow here, but today got a few flakes.....

    SO I went riding

(did about 20-30 miles and had some serious fogging issues and came home.

Tank is an IMS 4 gallon, but holds almost 5 from empty.

I am running Fresh Avon Distanzias, 150/70 rear. I dropped them to like 20 PSI and they did well. Obviously the front brake is the devil. I had problems seeing (fogging) and only stayed out for an hour or so.

Fresh snow isn't much different than a heavy rain (Iknow, I ride/Commute in it all the time, it's when it turns to ice when you need to worry or stop riding

Oh & bdr1, p/u some Rain-X wipes ! They do wonders on stopping the fogging up

I almost dumped my Husky on wet grass in my back yard with the stock tires. I was going about 2 mph, and the back just went, then the front joined it. Good thing my bike is light and my feet are quick. Those tires suck on wet pavement, I couldn't even imagine how bad they would be in snow.
