Default Need help! Slipper clutch install

Ok, so I finally get my slipper clutch that has been on back order since Dec. Its an Adige/Adler HU-52 for my 08 SMR 450. I follow the directions and even look at the install video from the website. I take out the old clutch pack and put in the new one. Everything is good until I put the original pusher back in followed by the pressure plate. The new pressure plate has a bearing in it which will not fit over the front of the pusher shaft. I think I might have the wrong pressure plate, (God I hope not) but I'm not sure. Not only that but there is a large black concave & grooved washer that came with everything and there is no mention of it in the directions. I don't know where it is suppose to go. Here are some pics of the pressure plate, 9 washers for the variable spring tention, the stock pusher, (which has its own bearing between 2 flat washers) and the black washer. Someone please help me!!!

Here are some more pics. I took the bearing out of the pressure plate and the stock pusher washer and flat bearing fit in the recess of the pressure plate. However the plate on the pusher is slightly to bit to fit in the recess. Still not sure if this is the right pressure plate or what? I could probably take a little off of the outside of the pusher plate so it would fit into the recess of the pressure plate, but I don't want to if it will screw something up. Suggestions???

What about the hub? Any chance parts are mismatched with the plate?

I didn't see that bearing in the parts list for your bike? I saw a pic of it on a Suzuki plate that looks very different than yours. I think the hub is fine. I got no useful advice.

I'm no expert but have looked into getting an Adige for my '08 SM510. I believe the P/N you want for the '08 is HU-53. The HU-52 is for the older 450/510. At least that's the information I received from Adige when I inquired.

Here's something that came up when I searched for HU-53. Says it's for 2008.

Here's what came up for HU-52. Says 2004-2007. <cut 'n paste of the link didn't work but you get the point>

Thats what I was thinking at first but now after looking at the next post below, it looks like I may have the wrong PN. I didn't think the 07 clutch was different from the 08 but it looks like it may be. When I first ordered it, I was told they were the same. Where did you get the parts list w/pics?

Well, I will definetly have to check into that. It looks like the PN did change in 08 but I didn't see the 08 PN listed on the Adigestore website. Thanks for the info guys, I'll let you know what happens next.

Thanks again for the help guys. I confirmed with the importers that it is the wrong PN. I need an HU-53 not an HU-52. So it has to come out and go back. A new one is suppose to be on the way. So hopefully I'll have it soon.
