I have been to Aachen and there are not near as many cops there as there are in most cities here in the US. I was stationed in Germany 2001-2004 and rarely saw police. I did notice a flash of light a few times while driving there. discovered later that it was a camera taking pictures of me... speed. I felt like a supermodel.
