Rocky Mountain Mini-Moto (RMMM) was established in 2005 to promote and develop the sport of Mini Moto racing in Colorado. Our vision is to bring MiniGP racing into the mainstream, while promoting a safe environment, and to develop a positive program to introduce racers and spectators to the exciting sport of motorcycle road racing.

Our grids are growing and this season looks to be even better than the last one. We have 13 year old racers and 50+ year old racers.

Yeah the majority of the club is on 65's. The tracks we ride are perfect for them. The other big class is the NSR 50 class.

I'm hoping to get in on some of this action. Building a KX65 currently but just got into riding bikes last year so I really have no clue. What are you guys doing for suspension(springs, spacers,etc) with full size riders on bikes designed for 60lb kids? Also, I noticed in most of the RMMM pictures most guys are wearing full leather suits, is that the norm?

An SV650 shock from an 03+ bike fits right in a KX65. Cut out 3 inch long PVC spacers and jam them in the forks and you got yourself a podium bike. Full suit is a must. Dragging knee every turn in jeans won't cut it. PM me with any questions!

I don't think I'll be draggin knee anytime soon but will look into the suits either way. Thanks for the info and I'll definitely be hitting you up for some more info
