Default wr250x vs. Husky SMR 450 - Quick video at Adams track

My dad shot a quick video of me being chased by a Husky SMR 450... There is actually like 5 little short videos at that turn, but I just uploaded one. Check it out!

Nice, I'm not an expert but it looked/sounded like you took that corner MUCH better than the other guy, he must of felt pretty bad not being able to keep up with "just a 250"

How often do you do trackdays?

That other guy was actually pretty good, but it was his first day on that SMR. He had just bought it from some Pro, I forgot who. The bike is bad ass, I wouldn't be able to keep up with him for too long after he got some more track time with that bike!

If I hit up the track twice a month I'm happy. Less than that and I want more, more than twice a month then I am reaaally happy! But really, twice a month average. Really recommend it too, after I started riding track my bike hasn't been on the street for a loong time!

Nice.....I have a harder time getting my Husky to slide than my old DRZ. I have a hard timne getting the feel of the hydro clutch on the HUsky. I just need more track time on it, but it's cold as shit and snowy here so no riding for me anytime soon.

Nice slide, good vid. Further proof that it's all about corner speed.

Yep, that was me! I learned a lot following Luiz around...didn't feel bad at all having a guy on a 250 ride faster. I can't wait to get back there again!

    Some Pro!!!???

I'm pretty sure that Husky used to belonged to Mickey Dymond...He's been banging bars bars with the best of 'em since the 80's.

He's way cool and seriously fast.

I was lucky enough to get some Grange time with him when Gary Trachy's Silent H school had him as a guest instructor.

    If that's Mickey's bike, I'm sure it's a good piece of gear.
