Here is the parts for the new motor I am building for my 50. I am know tearing it apart for the Takegawa buildup. I am installing a Takegawa twin spark head on along with a custom ground Crower cam, oversize Manley titanium valves, Takegawa springs, Kitaco oil cooler kit, Kitaco inner rotor, Takegawa 28mm intake manifold, 28mm Keihin carb, and a custom made 56mm piston kit 12.5:1 compression. It should be 137cc with the bigger piston. I am hoping for 20hp with U4 race gas. Here are some pics of the parts.

Wow, that's a big carb.

I guess you would call your motor "over-square". 137cc with stock stroke? Must be a super fat piston. Torque anyone?

Are you going to fab some wheelie bars after you bolt the motor in?

That's awsome.

That is going to be one trick fiddy. Wish I could be there to see the people on 2 smoke 80's when they get their feelings hurt by a "little" 50.

Can't wait to hear a report on how she runs.

Gonna be sick. I wanna see some 25 mph wheelies on a 50. Like your CRF wasn't badass enough...

No actually stock stroke is 41.4mm and this motor has a 55.5mm stroker crank.

Jekyll, I currently race with SCRA here in Jacksonville. I might start going to other races once I get the motor built. I got some good new pics of the motor going together that I will put up here soon. I had all the covers on the motor powdercoated with an anodized red color. I currently have the cylinder being bored so that is what I am waiting on.
